At Harmony Essentials, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order so your products arrive safely and promptly.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Harmony Essentials currently ships within the United States.
If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly before placing your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Harmony Essentials is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Harmony Essentials is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
